What you should know about me
My name is Marcie, an ISSA Elite Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Exercise Therapy Specialist, and CPR/AED Certified. My love for health, fitness, and wellness has grown to great extents over the past several years. I love sharing what I've learned and experienced on my health and fitness journey. As a result, I'm able to use my knowledge to get my clients in the best shape of their life! Fitness is 'fun' and I'm sure to teach my clients this concept.

In the past, I've been involved with athletic activities such as soccer and cross country. Since 2009 I've strictly dedicated my energies on health and fitness, fitness blogging, and personal training. Uniquely, my background consists of obstacles I still have to overcome due to a number of sports related injuries. However, I always say, "If there's a will, there's certainty a way". I strive to be in the best shape of my life daily.
The vision of HangTight with Marcie was first derived from the creation of my fitness and health blog. My hope daily is for persons all over the world to Get Tight, Feel Tight, and See Light by being more in-tuned with their body. These three components will help develop and improve your physical and mental well being. Millions struggle with their health and fitness goals and usually stop early in the year. I'm dedicated and determined to be in-tune with my body daily, and this makes my healthy lifestyle easy! Clients that enter my personal training programs will see that living a healthy lifestyle is the only way to live.
The most exciting thing I've witnessed about health and fitness is that you're in control at all times of how you look and feel. If you feel like putting on weight, losing weight, or just being you it's all possible. Therefore, I've found what works for me, in terms of exercise and nutrition, to give me the best results. With this mindset, I'm able to help my clients find this same balance on their fitness journey.
