Rise & RECHARGE HIIT BOOTCAMP 6am – 7am, M & W (Accepting new clients.)
Rise & RECHARGE HIIT is a 60 minute bootcamp style class for all fitness levels and ages that consist of a warm up, workout, and cool down routine LA Fitness Decatur. This early morning class will start any workday off right feeling recharged, fresh, and with a clear mind.
FAT SHRED & TONE HIIT BOOTCAMP 5:45p – 6:45p, Thursdays (Accepting new clients.)
Fat Shred & Tone HIIT Bootcamp is a 60 minute bootcamp style class for all fitness levels and ages that consist of a warm up, workout, and cool down routine at Old Fourth Ward Park, Atlanta GA. This afternoon class is your excuse to NOT SIT IN TRAFFIC and workout instead. Better yet, work out the stresses of your day with a great workout!
You can expect the following from all of my classes below.
- A FULL UNDERSTANDING of fitness and why you’re doing every exercise that I’ll give you.
- FAST RESULTS
