Rise & RECHARGE HIIT BOOTCAMP 6am – 7am, M, W, & F (Accepting new clients.)
Rise & RECHARGE HIIT is a 60 minute bootcamp style class for all fitness levels and ages that consist of a warm up, workout, and cool down routine at LA Fitness(locations vary). This early morning class will start any work day off right feeling recharged, fresh, and with a clear mind.
You can expect the following from all of my classes below.
- A FULL UNDERSTANDING of fitness and why you’re doing every exercise that I’ll give you.
